Pieter van Rooyen

Founder and Executive Consultant
Pieter van Rooyen holds a BCom Honors degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria. He is a seasoned HR generalist and Industrial Relations Specialist and gained his experience the Public Service (Local Government), the manufacturing industry and the retail industry. Pieter is the founder of CLS and established the Company in 1996. When you interact with Pieter you will experience an excellent sense of humor, empathy to help those around him and a library of knowledge and experience that he is always willing to share. His motto in life is “Run to the rescue with love and peace will follow”.

Alida van Rooyen

Business Coordinator
Alida has been part of the CLS team for the past 15 years. She has a BEd Honours degree, with a passion to make a difference. She ensures that everything runs smoothly in the office and is the backbone of our excellent service delivery. When you interact with Alida you will experience a kind and professional individual with high ethical values and an eye for detail. Her motto in life is “If you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all”.

Allen Stroebel

HR Consultant
Allen is a HR Consultant, with an MCom Human Resource Management degree at the University of Pretoria. Allen is very eager to learn and is an asset with regards to recruitment coordination and onboarding, HR administration, payroll administration, performance management systems and disciplinary procedures. Allen’s passion lies in the data that HR Analytics provide to solve unique problems. When you interact with Allen, you will experience energy, innovation and open-minded conversation to understand and solve problems. His motto is “We rise by lifting others”.

Illana de Wet

Industrial Psychologist
Illana is a registered Industrial Psychologist, with an MCom Industrial and Organisational Psychology degree from the University of Pretoria. She has a passion to develop people and with her strengths of Communication, Woo, Input, Context and Individualization, she makes an excellent CliftonStrenghts coach. When you interact with Illana, her presence will light up a room and with her insights, she is quick to get to the core of a problem and excellent at facilitating difficult discussions. Her motto in life is “Be the change you want to see in the world”.

Anicia van der Westhuizen

Intern
Anicia is busy with her MCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Pretoria. She is eager to learn and is an asset on every project where she is involved, at this stage, she is a good all-rounder. When you interact with Anicia you will be greeted with a big smile and you will immediately feel welcome and important. Her motto in life is “To each his own” as she believes we are not to judge nor conform another against our own standards".

Chinelle Olivier

Recruitment Consultant
Chinelle graduated in 2021 and holds a BCom degree in Human Resource Management.She assists with all our recruitment projects and she also runs our social media pages.When you interact with Chinelle, you will experience her composure as well as a pragmatic approach to solving problems. She loves to support the team with her organisational skills. Her motto is: “You didn’t come this far to only come this far”.

Esmari Scheün

Recruitment Consultant
Esmari is busy with her MCom Industrial Psychology degree at the University of Pretoria. She is a hardworking and dynamic individual who is passionate about finding creative solutions to problems and setting those solutions in motion. She is currently a very valuable member of the recruitment team. When you interact with Esmari, you will experience her contagious enthusiasm. Her life motto is “a candle loses nothing by lighting another candle”.

Herman Raubenheimer

Recruitment Consultant
Herman graduated with an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology at the University of Pretoria, and aims to pursue his Masters degree. Herman is an energetic individual who is part of the recruitment team at CLS. He aims to make a difference with every individual he encounters. When interacting with Herman you can expect a friendly individual who always sees the lighter side of things. Herman’s focus leads him to be efficient and effective in completing his tasks, whilst his “grit” makes him sit with a problem until it is resolved. His life motto is “what we do for ourselves will die with us, what we do for others remain immortal”.
